Connect Videowise to your TikTok Shop account
Make sure to follow the first two steps correctly to connect your TikTok Shop account and then your TikTok Creator account. This will allow the integration to work seamlessly.
First, you will be prompted to connect your TikTok Shop account. To do that, click on the "Connect TikTok Shop account".
This will prompt a TikTok modal, which will allow you to connect to our Videowise Commerce App and accept the different authorisations we will need. Click on "Authorise" to continue.
Once connected, the section will display a check mark with the name of your connected account.
Then, the second step is to connect your Creator account. Click on "connect TikTok Creator account".
This will prompt another modal, allowing you to authorise Videowise to access TikTok's API functionalities. Click on "Select All" and then on "Authorise".
Once done, a checkmark will appear next to the name of your connected account.
After a few seconds, the third step will be marked as active, and you will be able to click the "Add Videos" button.
Add Videos to TikTok Shop
Select your videos
To start pushing shoppable videos to TikTok Shop, click on the "add videos" button. This will open a modal showing all your Videowise library content. Select all the videos you would like to push to TikTok Shop and then click on "Confirm".
We highly recommend making sure all the videos selected from the Videowise library have at least one tagged product. This will allow Videowise to automatically scan and match your tagged products to TikTok Shop products.
You will always have the option to add more videos later.
Prepare videos to push to TikTok
You will now be met with the TikTok - Shoppable Videos main screen. This screen will, by default, show you all the videos you selected to push on TikTok, but you can switch between published videos and videos with errors.
The main screen displays:
Video name with a preview
The shoppable product tagged to the video, or a "+" icon to tag a product to your Videowise video
Views / Likes / Comments from TikTok: this will work only for published videos, with an option to sync the latest stats coming from TikTok's video and display them on your Videowise dashboard.
Actions: Publish video, delete video, sync stats, or fix errors.
If a video has no errors displayed, the state "Video is ready to publish" and the "Publish now" button will display.
Click on it to start displaying it on your TikTok Shop product. Wait for a few seconds for the video to get published, and once published, it will display a "Published" state, alongside a "Sync" button, allowing you to sync stats.
Possible error states
No products tagged/specified
As mentioned previously, your Videowise video needs to be linked to a product. If this error shows up, you will be required to click on "Select product" and tag a product to your video.
If the product can be matched to a TikTok Shop product, it will automatically be linked, and you will be able to publish the video. Otherwise, please check the following error below.
Product "X" could not be matched to TikTok Shop products
In that case, you will be required to click on "Tag product". This will prompt a modal with all your TikTok Shop products. Select one product from the list where you would like this video to be displayed, and the video will be ready to publish.
Multiple products tagged
If you have tagged multiple products to one Videowise video, we cannot determine for which product you would like to push this video on TikTok Shop, and you will see the warning "Video can only have one shoppable product".
In that case, you will be prompted with a modal to select one product from your TikTok Shop where you would like the video to be published. Select one from the list, and the video will be ready to publish.
Video is too short
TikTok only allows videos with a minimum duration of 5 seconds to be published. In that case, the video showing this error won't be able to get published on TikTok.
You can remove the video from your TikTok Shop menu by clicking on the "trashbin" icon.
Video is not in a vertical format
TikTok Shop only allows videos with a vertical format to be published. In that case, the video showing this error won't be able to get published.

Display TikTok video stats in Videowise
Our integration will allow you to view the statistics of the videos you published directly from the Videowise dashboard. The statistics include:
Views
Likes
Comments
Videowise can only display statistics of the videos you published from your Videowise library, not all the videos of your TikTok Creator account.
Due to API limitations, you will be required to sync stats manually. You can either do it per video by using the "sync" icon located at the right of your video on the list, or you can also choose to do it for all videos in bulk by using the main "sync" icon button located at the top right of the list.
Wait for a few seconds for the statistics to be populated, and you are good to go!
