In this article, we'll show you how to effectively mute the profiles that you’re not so interested in. By muting them, it means that their content will no longer be displayed in "My UGC" section. We will automatically exclude their feed posts, reels, and stories from your Inbox, even if it matches your hashtag criteria.
Muted profiles
Click on Add account to start muting the profiles you don't want to follow.
You have the option to select either Instagram or TikTok platforms and then simply enter the account name.
The account names must match exactly as they appear on Instagram/TikTok.
For the Instagram platform: Enter account name ➡ Click Add Account
For the TikTok platform: Enter account name ➡ Click Add Account
You're all set! Now all posts from these muted profiles will be ignored and will not show up in your "My UGC" section.
Remove Muted Profiles
If you opt to eliminate a muted profile from your tracking list, just click on the "-" icon to "Remove" it.
You'll be asked if you want to delete this account from being muted ➡ Click Delete Account
If you delete the account, Videowise will stop muting this profile.
