Shop app is a mobile app developed by Shopify that allows buyers to discover new products, track their orders, and receive personalized recommendations.

Why Videowise + Shop App?
The Videowise + Shop app integration enables Shopify brands to seamlessly publish their shoppable videos from Videowise onto Shop app across a brand's store front and product detail pages. This means interactive video content created in Videowise now have multi-channel use across a brand’s online store and mobile store in Shop app.
How to Connect Videowise + Shop App?
The integration is available to all Videowise customers.
Follow the setup instructions down below:👇
Step 1: Firstly, you would need to have our app installed.
Step 2: Make sure you have Shop app downloaded and updated on your phone.
Step 3: Log into your Videowise dashboard → Publish → Mobile apps → Shop app → Activate Shop app
Step 4: After you receive your confirmation and check out how videos work in Shop app → Click Ok.

If you are an Existing user:
your top 8 videos from Analytics have been automatically added to the Shop app video carousel. You can however edit these videos anytime.
You have the flexibility to modify the video carousel at any time and include additional videos alongside your top choices: click on Add videos → Select videos.
If you're a new user and there's no activity in your Analytics:
You'll need to simply click on the "Add videos".
The video carousel is automatically published, so your videos are now instantly featured on the storefront of your Shop App.
If you want to unpublish the video widget from your home page → Click Unpublish.
Congrats! 🎉 Your videos have been published on your Shop App Store front. It's time to check them out!
Minis Product Page
We've created an automated widget that fetches videos along with their tagged products. These videos will be displayed on the product pages where you've tagged them with the specific product.
For existing users:
If you already have your videos tagged with products in the Videowise Library, the videos will be automatically published on your product pages. Simply check your Shop App product page and interact with the video carousel.
Always make sure your videos are tagged with products, so that the videos will show up on the Shop app product pages.
For new users:
You have to start by tagging your videos with products in your Video Library.
Always make sure your videos are tagged with products, so that the videos will show up on the Shop app product pages.
Use case example: We've tagged the product "Circuit gold ring" to certain videos, therefore those specific videos will populate the carousel widget in Shop app "Circuit gold ring" product page.
For product pages, the carousel operates based on a rule where it fetches videos connected to the products featured on the page.
Congrats! 🎉 Your videos have been successfully published on your Shop App product pages.
It's time to interact with your shoppable videos by navigating to your Shop App → Choose product page → scroll to Videos section → interact with the Videowise shoppable video carousel.
It's important to note that the widget is automatically generated and cannot be edited, only unpublished from the product page.
Disconnect Shop App
If you decide to disconnect Shopp App from Videowise → Navigate to ⚙️Settings → Integrations → Mobile apps → Disconnect Shop app
💡Shop app supports only the carousel widget theme with shoppable products as the sole interactive elements. Other interactions like video quizzes, lead capture forms, and call-to-actions cannot be associated with videos.
