Streaming Channels
Videowise lets you go live on your store and simultaneously go live on major social platforms. The "Your site" streaming channel will be activated by default, but you will need to connect and activate the integration between Videowise and other platforms before you can do that.
As the process varies from social platforms, we have written an extensive guide on how to go live on these different channels:
Video source
The video source section is where everything happens. From there, you'll be able to select from 3 different options:
Host's device camera: Here, you can add an unlimited number of hosts by inviting them via email. If you are live streaming by yourself, make sure to put your email so you can join the show as a host.
Pre-recorded video: You will be able from here to upload a video that was pre-recorded. (You can always replace the video source and upload a new one after you have scheduled the show.)
Custom source: It allows you to stream from any custom source. You'll have access to your stream URL, stream key and playback URL that you can paste over on the tool you are using.
Policy terms
Here you will have the option to fill it manually for each new live show, or we recommend using our global setting option to have it filled out automatically for any future shows you configure.
If you don't have the global settings defined, click the "Global style settings" link to access our Global settings panel.
From there, you'll be able to define the "Policy terms text" and your "Policy terms link" and reuse it for future shows.
If you are filling it manually, please enter your "Policy terms text and link" before proceeding.

First thing you will need to do is to add a media to that pop-up. Click on the add videos or images to select the file of your choice.

RSVP Widget
We have written a detailed guide on how to set up and use the RSVP widget. Please follow this article to enable and configure it.
Moderate your live show
During a live event, the moderate section is only accessible through the Videowise's dashboard, so make sure to have a computer ready in order to pin products, reply to chat or change layouts of your hosts.
Any member of your Videowise team account can access the moderate page simultaneously.
The moderate section is divided into three parts:
Products
Video stream
Chat
Before scheduling your show or going live, we recommend adding the products that you will be showcasing during your live session.
Products
While we recommend adding them before the show start, you can at anytime add new products to be displayed on your live show video player where viewers can buy it.
Products can also be pinned pre-live or during the live, to ensure they stay on top of your product list and are always visible. This is useful to use when you are showcasing a specific product during your live show, to make sure that viewers don't have to scroll to find it.
To pin them, just click on them, and a red dot should appear. Do the same if you want to unpin them.
Video Stream
Video stream is where you will see a preview of your live show, and host(s).
If the live show is a single person, we recommend not touching the different layouts available below the video stream, and keep it to "Spotlight".
For multiple hosts, please follow this article to learn more about the different layouts available.
Chat
If enabled, chat is where you can engage and interact with your viewers, and vice versa.
As a moderator, you can post, pin and reply to messages pre-live and during the live show.
A great use case is to prepare a discount or a special offer, send a message pre-live and pin it throughout your live session so your viewers have access to this offer instantly.
That's it, you're all ready.
Finally, just click on "Complete & Schedule" on the top right of your page.
A modal will show so you can have a final review of all the main settings. Confirm once again and your show will be scheduled!
