How to use Videowise's AI Studio

To generate your first video, head over to Videowise > AI Studio, and click on "Generate" at the top left.

You will have the option to choose between 4 pre-defined types of videos to generate:

  • Lookbook videos: Quickly turn your products into stunning Lookbook videos.

  • 180° videos: Show off every angle with 180° product showcase videos.

  • Image to video: Bring your product photos to life with video.

  • Product try-on: Instantly visualize outfits on real or virtual characters.

Lookbook Videos

To generate a lookbook video, click on "Lookbook videos".

1 Lookbook video generation will cost 4 tokens.

Here, you will have to first define your prompt, or use Videowise's default suggested prompt. Advanced users can also define a negative prompt to further refine the results.


Finally, choose the duration (5 seconds or 10 seconds) for the video you want to generate.

Now it's time to decide which products and with which image you would like to generate the video from.

Click on the "+" icon on the Image for video generation column in order to open a modal and choose from your product's Shopify and Videowise images or videos.

Once ready, click on "Generate" at the top right and wait a few minutes for Videowise to do its magic.

One 5-second lookbook video generation will cost 8 tokens, and a 10-second one will cost 16 tokens.

180° videos

To generate a 180° video, click on "180° videos".

Here, you will have to first define your prompt, or use Videowise's default suggested prompt. Advanced users can also define a negative prompt to further refine the results.


Finally, choose the duration (5 seconds or 10 seconds) for the video you want to generate.

For 180° videos to perform well, we recommend choosing "start" and "end" pictures which show your product from different angles: ideally, from front to back.

In order to generate a video, please select an image to start the video with and another image to end the video with. You will be able to generate a video for your product only when both images are selected.

One 5-second 180° video generation will cost 8 tokens, and a 10-second one will cost 16 tokens.

Wait for a few seconds for the generation to process, and once happy with the results, click on "save to library".

Image to Video

To generate a video using the Image to Video tool, click on "Image to Video".

Here, you will first be asked to add an image. Click on "Add image" to open a modal with your Videowise library, where you can choose from any images. You can also upload them directly by clicking on "Upload" at the top right of the modal.

Then, you will have to define your prompt, or use Videowise's default suggested prompt. Advanced users can also define a negative prompt to further refine the results.


Finally, choose the duration (5 seconds or 10 seconds) for the video you want to generate.

When satisfied with all your settings, click on "Generate" to generate your video.

One 5-second Image to video generation will cost 8 tokens, and a 10-second one will cost 16 tokens.

Product Try-On

Generate AI-powered try-on visuals by applying your product to a model image. perfect for apparel, accessories, and more.

Write your prompt

You can use the default suggested prompt or write your own to describe how the product should appear on the model (e.g. fit, position, camera movement).

You can also add a negative prompt to avoid visual issues like blurriness, unnatural fit, or distorted proportions.

Select products

Use the checkboxes to choose one or more products for try-on generation.

Add product & model images

For each selected product, two images are needed:

Product try-on image: The actual product (e.g. T-shirt, sunglasses, lipstick)

Model image: A human model photo where the product will be applied

Click on each empty cell to upload or select the appropriate image. The system may automatically fill in these fields based on your previous use.

Generate your try-on video

Once everything is set, click “Generate” in the top-right.

One Product-try on image generation will cost 1 token.

You can then preview the result and send the image directly to your library, like below.

Prompts

💡 Prompt = Subject (Subject Description) + Subject Movement + Scene (Scene Description) + (Camera Language + Lighting + Atmosphere)

Subject: The subject is the main focus in the video, serving as an important embodiment of the theme.

It can be people, animals, plants, objects, and so on.

Subject Description: Descriptions of the subject’s appearance details and body posture can be listed using multiple short sentences.

For example: Athletic performance, hairstyle and colour, clothing and accessories, facial features, body posture and so on.

Subject Movement: Descriptions of the subject’s movement status, including stillness and motion, should be straightforward and suitable for a 5-second video.

Scene: The scene represents the environment in which the subject is situated, encompassing the foreground, background, and other elements.

Scene Description: Scene descriptions for the subject’s environment can be concise and focused, using a few short sentences to outline the setting without overwhelming the viewer.

It should be suitable for what can be displayed within a 5-second video. Such as Indoor scene, Outdoor setting, Natural scene;

Camera Language: This refers to the use of various camera lens applications, along with transitions and edits between shots, to convey a narrative or message and evoke specific visual effects and emotions.

Techniques include: ultra-wide angle shots, bokeh (background blur), close-ups, telephoto shots, low-angle shots, high-angle shots, aerial views, and depth of field, among others; (Note: This should be differentiated from camera motion control.)

Lighting: Light and shadow are the vital elements that imbue photographic works with soul. The application of light and shadow can make photos more profound and emotionally resonant, enabling us to create works with an intense sense of depth and expressive power.

Techniques include: Ambient lighting, Morning light, Sunset, Interplay of light and shadow, Tyndall effect, Artificial lighting.

Atmosphere: Describing the atmosphere of the anticipated video footage can involve various elements to set the mood and tone.

The most fundamental components of the formula above are the subject, motion, and setting, which constitute the most straightforward and essential units for depicting a video scene.

To provide a more detailed description of the subject and setting, you should enumerate various descriptive short sentences to maintain the integrity of the elements intended to appear in the Prompt.
