With our platform, you can seamlessly enhance user engagement and interaction by enabling autoplay functionality for your shoppable videos.
Autoplay is available for shoppable videos on Videowise, but it is not supported for YouTube embedded videos.
To enable autoplay for your videos, you need to access the Widget theme > Video thumbnails > Enable video autoplay.
The autoplay feature automatically displays the first 5 seconds of each video in a gif format. It can be enabled or disabled but it cannot be modified.
Ensure that your video file is properly formatted and optimized for playback.
