If you can't remember your password, you will need to reset it and create a new one using your email address.
Follow the step below:
To reset your password, you'll have to access Videowise log in page ➡ Select Forgot Password?
2. Enter your email address in the box. Press the Send email button.
Make sure to add the valid email address.
For example, if your address is "[email protected]" and on the Videowise account it's "[email protected]" without the period, you will need to type it without the period.
3. An email with instructions will be sent to the email address that is currently associated with your account. Press the Reset Password button in the email.
If you do not receive the reset password email, make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
4. The Reset Password page will be open to enter and confirm your new password. Press the Set new password button.
Make sure to create a new password. Do not use your old password nor one used on another account.
Now it's time to sign in again with your new password!
