After creating your shoppable video widget, you have to ensure the video player is customized to match your brand guidelines and the assets of your Shopify theme, such as the colors, buy button behavior, and more.
Here are the steps to follow: 👇
Step 1: Navigate to Widgets ➔ Select your widget ➔ Player design
Player Button
Step 1. Buy Button Behavior: choose from 6 behaviors.
Choose Button Text:
Add Text: Customize the text displayed on the buy button.
Choose Button Icon: Options include no icon, bag, or cart.
Quantity Selector:
Enable/Disable: Allow users to select the quantity of the product they wish to purchase directly from the video player.
Enable Add Primary Button:
Choose Text/Icon Color: Customize the color of the text and icon on the primary button.
Background Color: Set the background color for the primary button.
Border: Configure the border settings for the primary button.
Enable Secondary Button:
Add Text: Provide text for the secondary button, e.g., "See all details," which will open the product page details.
Background Color: Set the background color for the secondary button.
Enable Border: Option to add a border to the secondary button.
Click "Save" everytime you're satisfied with your changes or "discard changes" to revert back to the previous saved state.
Product Info
Step 2. Customize product details effortlessly.
Product details:
Name Color: Customize the color of the product name text displayed in the video player.
Price Color: Customize the color of the product price text.
Hide Old Price: Enable or disable the option to hide the old price
Product Ratings: Enable or disable the display of product ratings.
To enable product ratings in the video player, first, you have to navigate to Settings ➔ Integrations ➔ Reviews and Ratings platforms ➔ Connect ➔ Return to video player and activate the button.
Include Product Stock Info:
In Stock Color: Customize the color of the text indicating that the product is in stock.
Out of Stock Color: Customize the color of the text indicating that the product is out of stock.
Include Shipping Info:
Add Text: Example: "Free Shipping"
Font: Regular, Bold
Color: Customize the color of the shipping info text.
Display Recommended Products:
Enable a button to show other products that you recommend in the video player.
Exclude Products:
Enter the product IDs of items you want to exclude from being displayed in the video player.
Display Product Details:
Enable a button to display detailed information about the product.
Subscription
Step 4. Enable subscription payments.
Connect to your subscription platform to activate subscription payments for shoppable videos.
Once enabled ➔ Customize General Setup ➔ Include one-time purchase and customize the section ➔ Customize Discount section, secondary text, and style.
Settings
Step 5. Mute the sound at the start of the video for a considerate browsing experience.
