The purchases are assigned to the last watched show.

For instance, if a visitor views multiple shows, the system attributes sales to the most recently viewed show. However, if it has been more than 30 days since the visitor last engaged with a show on your website, or if they have not watched any live shows during this time, the purchase will not be associated with your live stream.

Some key actions related to the Live Shopping experience—such as purchases—occur outside the video player, and as such, Videowise relies on additional data to offer a comprehensive understanding of how live streams influence sales.

For tracking to be done accurately during live shows, you will need to update the tracking pixel to the latest version (currently 1.5).

Benefits of Implementing the Videowise Pixel:

Attribution Insights: Gain visibility into sales attributed to each show, with metrics available for 7-day and 30-day post-show periods. Data can be analyzed in total or broken down by currency.

Real-Time Sales Tracking: Monitor sales during live shows directly within the Moderator View for immediate insights.

Important Note: Videowise’s tracking library does not collect any personal data.
