How to manage the Youtube GEO Feature (Part of the AI Visibility feature package)
Learn how to generate YouTube videos from approved AI Visibility answers, review proposed topics and video details, and publish immediately or schedule for later.
The Goal: Turn your approved AI Visibility answers into YouTube videos built to be cited by Gemini and other AI answer engines, strengthening your brand’s position in upper and lower funnel searches.
To access this feature, simply go to AI Visibility → Youtube (initial AI Visibility setup needs to be completed before this feature is accessible)
The videos are generated based on topics → our AI generates topics weekly (based on your content) that you can see in the Proposed tab, or you propose your own topics by going to the top-right button “Propose a topic”.
The AI will inform you if the content is for the top or bottom funnel, and if it’s Short or Long-form through the tags just beneath the video titles.
How to generate the video
Simply click on a topic, then approve / reject the videos the AI wants to use for the video (or add your own videos), then review Youtube-specific information like: title, video description, Audience, Paid promotion info (the AI provides default information but you can edit at any time before publishing the video).
Once all the information has been reviewed, click on “Generate video” (might take up to 10 minutes).
How to publish the video
Once the video is ready, the topic will change status to “Video ready - Awaiting approval”.
Simply click on the topic, then on “Publish & schedule” →
You can publish immediately or set a date and time.
