How to connect social media accounts and automatically import UGC from Instagram and TikTok.

Automated Imports from Instagram / TikTok

Connecting your social accounts allows you to import videos and automatically sync new content coming from Instagram or TikTok.

Connect Instagram

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Social media
  1. Click “Connect” under Instagram
  1. Log in via Meta and confirm permissions
  1. Enable syncing if you want automatic imports.

When sync is enabled, new Instagram reels, stories, and video posts are imported automatically every 24 hours.

Connect TikTok

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Social media
  1. Click “Connect” under TikTok
  1. Scan the QR code using the TikTok app
  1. Confirm the account to connect
  1. Enable syncing if you want to automatically import content from your account to Videowise.
