Check post details
When you click on "Post Details", you'll access a snapshot of the Instagram or TikTok post as it appears on the platforms.
View the post description, number of likes, and hashtags used.
You'll also find buttons to view the post directly on Instagram, explore the creator's profile, or mute all content from that creator. Refresh post stats to stay updated.
From the contextual menu, you can send videos to the VideoWise library to create interactive video content. Remember, you'll need usage rights approval before taking these actions.
Additionally, you have the option to click on the "..." directly on the video or image to access the contextual menu and perform the same actions from there. Whether it's viewing post details, showing content from the creator, or other options, you can easily manage your content with just a few clicks.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send any UGC post to the Videowise Library?
No. A post must have Approved usage rights status before it can be sent to the Videowise Library. If usage rights are still Pending or Rejected, the send option will not be available for that post. Make sure you have received creator permission before attempting to add content to your library.
How do I view the original post on its social platform?
From the post details view inside UGC Detect, there is a direct link to view the post on the original platform, such as Instagram or TikTok. This lets you see the post in its native context, check comments, or verify the current engagement before making decisions about using it.
What does muting a creator do?
Muting a creator hides all of their posts from your UGC feed without removing the account from tracking entirely. This is useful when a specific creator is producing content that is not relevant to your brand but you do not want to permanently stop tracking their account.
How do I refresh the stats for a post?
You can trigger a stats refresh directly from the post's action menu (the "..." menu). This updates the view, like, comment, and share counts to reflect the latest figures from the original platform, giving you an accurate picture of current engagement.
Where do I find the full list of actions for a post?
All contextual actions for a post, including view on platform, mute creator, refresh stats, and send to library, are accessible from the "..." (more options) menu within the post details view. Opening this menu reveals the full set of available actions depending on the post's current status.
