Publishing your shoppable videos on your Shopify pages → products, homepage, reviews page, about us page, etc., has never been easier.

Step 1: Navigate to the Widgets section → Select the widget that you want to install → Published Widget

You can create a global playlist with the same videos that can be used on any page of your website

If you create a global playlist with the same videos across the website, you have to set up rules for it before installing it.

You can indicate the widget to appear only on product and collection pages, for example:

If you use different videos per page

You can create a playlist with different videos for different pages, simply install the widget on that specific page; no rules are needed (you will notice the Rules menu is not there anymore, as it is not needed).

You can add a new page or in the search bar, you can search for the page already added.

You will be guided toward two options:

👉 Published with Shopify themes

👉 Published with HTML code

Step 2: Click on the Copy Code button to copy the installation code.

Step 3: For product pages, go to your Shopify store. Under Online Store → click Themes → Click the three dots icon → Edit Code

Step 4: For product pages, go to Sections → product-template.liquid → copy-paste the code in between the lines of code where you want the component to appear.

Identify the template file for your product page in your Shopify theme codes. Commonly, it's product-template.liquid, but it may vary based on your theme. Other frequent files may be:

Finally, once you have found the product template file, you need to decide where on the product page you want the widget to render, then paste the code there.

For Other pages, go to your Shopify store. Under Online Store → click Themes → Customize:

In the search tab, select Homepage, or search for the specific page you're looking to embed shoppable videos on.

Step 5: Click Add Section on the left menu and select Custom Liquid/Custom Content.

Step 6: To your right, you will see that a Custom Liquid section has popped up. Paste the code/the div. in the Custom Liquid section.

Step 7: Click Save when you are ready to go live.

For Pages installation on 2.0 Shopify themes, choose Shopify themes → Select Copy embed code → Copy code

Step 2: Go to your Shopify store. Under Online Store → click Themes → Customize

Step 3: In the App embeds tab enable the Videowise app extension.

Step 4: Go back to the Sections tab and select the page from the Search Bar

Step 5: Click Add Section (to add a new section to the page) on the left menu, or Add Block (to add a block in an already existing section).

Step 6: In the search tab, type Videowise, and select Videowise Videos from the apps.

Step 7: A Videowise Embed section has popped up ➔ Go back to the Videowise app ➔ Copy the code from the Published tutorial page ( Step 1) ➔ Paste it here:

Step 8: Click Save when you are ready and it’s done!💡To reposition the video widget, go to the left menu ➔ Click the six dots icon next to the Videowise Videos block or section ➔ Drag it to the desired display location.
