Frequently asked questions

Do I need my Meta or Instagram account connected before importing from Meta Ads?

Yes. Videowise recommends having your Meta or Instagram account already connected before attempting to import from Meta Ads Library. This ensures the import process runs smoothly and your assets are correctly attributed to your account.

Can I import both videos and images from Meta Ads Library?

Yes. The Meta Ads import supports both video and image assets. You can browse all available content from your Meta Ads account and select whichever assets you want to bring into your Videowise Library.

Where in my Videowise library are Meta Ads imports stored?

Imported Meta Ads assets are automatically stored in a dedicated Meta Ads folder in your Videowise Library. This keeps them organized and separate from videos uploaded from other sources.

Can I import all my Meta Ads assets at once, or do I need to select them individually?

You can either select individual assets or use the "import all" option to bring in everything from your Meta Ads Library in one go. After selecting, click "Import content" to push the assets to your Videowise Library.

Once imported from Meta Ads, can I make those videos shoppable in Videowise?

Yes. Once Meta Ads assets are in your Videowise Library, you can treat them like any other video: tag products, add them to widgets, set thumbnails, configure autoplay, and publish them across your store as shoppable video experiences.
