During your show, open Moderate → Products and highlight the products you are presenting.

Videowise automatically adds an Instagram featured link for the first highlighted product. Viewers can use this link to visit the product’s page on your website.

Highlighted product images and codes will also appear within the broadcast. These visual elements are separate from the clickable featured link.

Tip: Check the first product in your Featured list to make sure it is the product you want linked on Instagram.

Please be advised that the Instagram stream will only show the video stream, without the chat, so don't forget to pin your Shows Channel link page in the comments of the IG live shows. To set up your Shows Channel page, you can find all the necessary information here.

Facebook

To go live on Facebook, you will need to have your Facebook account linked to Videowise from the integrations settings (Please check the Integrations → Social Media to see if you have the latest permissions synced to Videowise). To do that, just head over to Settings > Integrations > Social media, and connect your Facebook account there. Once connected, create a new live show and click on activate next to Facebook.

This will show a modal to select your Facebook account from a dropdown menu. Select the one you want to connect, and click on Activate.

If correctly activated, you should now see an "Active" state next to the Facebook element.

Once this is activated, the stream will start on YouTube automatically once the Live Shopping event starts.

X
