How to Integrate Videowise with Review Apps

Follow these instructions to integrate with Judge.me, Okendo, Reviews.io, Opinew, Fera, Loox, Yotpo, Stamped and Junip.

Integrating your product review app with Videowise lets you show star ratings and review counts next to products inside the video player. This creates stronger trust signals and can boost conversions by giving shoppers social proof while they engage with shoppable videos.

For all of the integrations below, after connecting the review app in Videowise, you will still need to enable review/rating display inside the video widget’s Player design → Product info settings.

Judge.me Reviews

Read this section to follow the steps to connect Judge.me with Videowise.

To integrate:

  1. Open your Judge.me dashboard in Shopify.
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Automatic Integrations.
  1. Find your Shop Domain and API Token.
  1. In Videowise, go to Settings → Integrations → Ratings & Reviews.
  1. Select Judge.me, and paste the Shop Domain and API Token.
  1. Save.
  1. Go to the Widgets section, open the widget you want, go to Player design → Product info, and enable display product ratings. help.videowise.com

Junip Reviews

Read this section to follow the steps to connect Junip with Videowise.

To integrate:

  1. Open your Junip admin inside your Shopify dashboard.
  1. Locate Store key in Store settings → Store health.
  1. In Videowise, go to Settings → Integrations → Ratings & Reviews.
  1. Choose Junip Reviews and paste the Store key.
  1. Save.
  1. Open your widget in Videowise, and under Player design → Product info, enable display product ratings. help.videowise.com

Fera Product Reviews

To integrate:

  1. In Shopify, open your Fera account and go to Settings → Apps & integrations.
  1. Find API Keys and copy the Public Key.
  1. In Videowise, go to Settings → Integrations → Ratings & Reviews.
  1. Select Fera Reviews and enter the Public Key.
  1. Save.

Product Reviews by Yotpo

To integrate:

  1. Go to your Yotpo Admin in Shopify.
  1. Go to Profile → Settings → Integrations.
  1. Copy your Client ID, API Key, and Secret Key from Yotpo.
  1. In Videowise, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Ratings & Reviews.
  1. Choose Yotpo, then paste the credentials into the respective fields.
  1. Save.

Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

To integrate:

  1. In Shopify, go to the Stamped Reviews app admin.
  1. Find your API credentials or integration settings in Stamped.
  1. In Videowise, go to Settings → Integrations → Ratings & Reviews.
  1. Select Stamped Reviews & UGC and add the required credentials.

  1. Log in to your Reviews.io dashboard.
  1. Go to Shopify Integrations → Shopify 2.0.
  1. Locate your Store ID in the snippet or integration settings.

  1. Select Reviews.io and paste the Store ID into the form.

Opinew

Okendo

To integrate:

  1. In Shopify, open your Okendo Reviews app admin.
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations in Okendo.
  1. Copy your Store’s unique ID.
  1. In Videowise, go to Settings → Integrations → Ratings & Reviews.
  1. Select Okendo and paste the client/store ID.
  1. Save.

Tips After Connecting

Enable Review Display on Each Widget

After integration, open any shoppable video widget you want to show ratings in, and go to:

  • Player design
  • Product info
  • Enable display product ratings

This makes review stars and counts show beside product info inside the video player.

Shoppers often look at reviews before buying, and embedding this inside a video streamlines trust and buying decisions.
