In the Social Profiles section, you'll manage the accounts and hashtags you wish to track for social activity.
Once configured in the Detect UGC Setup, this section will display all associated accounts for Instagram and TikTok, as well as any accounts where content featuring the hashtags you've added was discovered.
Regardless of whether you delete the accounts or hashtags in the Detect UGC Setup, all previously tracked accounts and those featuring tracked hashtags will remain visible in this section. This page serves as a hub for monitoring social activity, ensuring comprehensive oversight even after deletions.

What accounts are shown in the Social Profiles section?
The Social Profiles section displays all accounts you have directly added for tracking, plus any accounts whose content was discovered through your tracked hashtags. This gives you a comprehensive view of every creator who has posted content relevant to your brand, even if you did not explicitly add their account.
Will an account still appear in Social Profiles after I delete a tracked hashtag?
Yes. Once an account appears in Social Profiles because their content matched a tracked hashtag, it remains listed even if you later delete that hashtag. The Social Profiles list is persistent and does not retroactively remove entries when source hashtags are removed.
What happens to Social Profiles if I remove a tracked account?
If you remove a directly tracked account from your integrations, it may no longer appear as a tracked account, but if that creator's content was also discovered via a hashtag, their profile could still be visible in the Social Profiles section under the hashtag discovery path.
Does Social Profiles show accounts from both Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. Social Profiles aggregates creator profiles discovered across both Instagram and TikTok. Accounts tracked or discovered on either platform are all visible in one unified list, making it easy to get a complete picture of your UGC contributor community.
Is there a limit to how many profiles can appear in Social Profiles?
The number of profiles shown in Social Profiles grows dynamically as new creators are discovered through your tracked hashtags and accounts. There is no fixed cap on the list itself, but your plan limits on the number of tracked accounts and hashtags will naturally influence how many unique creators appear over time.
