How to moderate live comments from Facebook and Instagram
This article will cover all the details needed to start moderating comments from Facebook and Instagram directly within the moderate section in Videowise.
When simulcasting your live shows on Instagram and Facebook, Videowise lets you moderate comments coming from these channels directly from the “Moderate tab”, so you don’t have to switch back and forth to reply to them.
Simulcast your live show on Facebook and Instagram
In order for this feature to work, your live show must be simulcasted on Facebook, Instagram or both.
Moderate and reply to comments
Once live, your followers on Facebook and Instagram will be able to comment directly on the platforms, and the comments will appear right in your moderate box.
Switch between on-site, Instagram and Facebook frequently to make sure you don’t miss any messages.
When replying to a comment, the comment will only appear on the platform you’re replying to.
Reply to a comment in a thread
You can also click on the 3 dots next to a comment from a viewer and click reply, so that your reply will display “[Your handle] replied to [your viewer’s handle], and will be clickable to find the original comment.
