Import Videos From Instagram
You can import videos from your Instagram Business account, including Reels, Stories, and video posts.
Steps:
- Go to Media → Import → Import from Instagram
- If not previously connected, you will be prompted to log in and connect your Instagram account.
- Once connected, Videowise will load all the content from your Instagram account. Select one or multiple videos from the list
- Click on Import content on the top right to push all your videos to your Library.
Imported assets will be stored in a dedicated Instagram folder in your library.
You can also import a specific Instagram video by pasting its URL. Click on Import → Import from Instagram via link.

Do I need a Business Instagram account to import videos?
Yes. Videowise connects to Instagram Business accounts via Meta's permissions system. A personal Instagram account will not have the required access level to authorize the Videowise connection.
Can I import a single Instagram video instead of my entire account's content?
Yes. In addition to browsing and selecting from your full Instagram library, you can import a specific video by pasting its URL. Go to Import → Import from Instagram via link to use this option.
Where are my imported Instagram videos stored in Videowise?
Imported Instagram assets are automatically stored in a dedicated Instagram folder inside your Videowise Library, keeping them organized and easy to find alongside content from other sources.
Can Videowise automatically sync new Instagram content to my library?
Yes. When you connect your Instagram account and enable syncing, Videowise will automatically import new Reels, Stories, and video posts from your account every 24 hours. You can manage this setting under Settings → Integrations → Social media.
