TikTok videos can be imported in bulk or individually.
Steps:
- Go to Media → Import → Import from TikTok
- If not previously connected, you will be prompted to log in and connect your TikTok account.
- Once connected, Videowise will load all the content from your TikTok account. Select one or multiple videos from your TikTok content.
- Click on Import content on the top right to push all your videos to your Library.
Imported assets will be stored in a dedicated TikTok folder in your library.

Do I need to connect my TikTok account to import videos?
For bulk imports, yes. Videowise will prompt you to log in and connect your TikTok account if it isn't already linked. However, you can also import a single video without a full account connection by pasting its TikTok URL via Import → Import from TikTok via link.
Can I import all my TikTok videos at once?
Yes. Once your TikTok account is connected, Videowise loads all your content and lets you select multiple videos at once. Click "Import content" in the top right to push your selections to your library in bulk.
Where are imported TikTok videos stored in Videowise?
TikTok imports are automatically organized in a dedicated TikTok folder inside your Videowise Library, keeping them separate from videos uploaded from other sources and easy to find.
Can I import a specific TikTok video using its URL?
Yes. If you only want to bring in a single TikTok video, go to Import → Import from TikTok via link and paste the video's URL. This works independently of whether your TikTok account is fully connected.
Can Videowise automatically sync new TikTok videos to my library?
Yes. When syncing is enabled after connecting your TikTok account, Videowise will automatically import new TikTok videos every 24 hours. You can manage this setting under Settings → Integrations → Social media.
