How to upload and import videos to your library

Your Videowise Library is where all your video content lives. From here, you can upload, manage, and turn videos into shoppable or interactive experiences across your store and campaigns.

This guide walks through all the ways you can add videos to your library, including uploading from your computer, importing from social platforms, Shopify, Meta Ads, and cloud storage. It also explains how to connect your social media accounts for ongoing sync.

All video imports begin from the same place: open the Media tab and click on Import or Upload on the top right.

From there, you can choose the source you want to import videos from.

Use this option if your videos are saved locally on your device.

Steps:

Once uploaded, your videos will appear in your Videowise Library and are ready to be edited or made shoppable.

Videowise supports multiple import methods: uploading directly from your computer, importing from Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, Shopify Admin, Google Drive, and Dropbox. All import options are accessible from the Media tab by clicking Import or Upload in the top right corner.

Yes. When uploading from your computer, you can select multiple video files at once from the file picker. You can also drag and drop multiple files directly onto the Videowise Library page to trigger a batch upload.

Yes. As long as you have the Library page open in Videowise, you can drag and drop video files directly from your computer into the browser window and they will begin uploading automatically.

Uploaded videos appear in your Videowise Library immediately after the upload completes. From there they are ready to be edited, tagged with products, and added to widgets across your store.
