Can I cancel my subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription through your Shopify account, no strings attached, no contracts.
Or you can put it on hold at any time by simply contacting Support or your Customer Success Manager.
Navigate to Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels
Look for Videowise app → click Uninstall → Select the reason for uninstalling ( optional)
