The Name and Email fields are mandatory by default and cannot be removed from the form. These fields are required to ensure you can identify submitters and follow up with them regarding usage rights or other communications related to their submission.
Can I add custom fields beyond name and email?
Yes. In addition to the default name and email fields, you can add optional fields including phone number, birthday, and fully custom fields that you define. You can also add select boxes for multiple-choice questions, giving you flexibility to collect exactly the data your campaign requires.
How do I add a privacy disclaimer to the form?
You can add a privacy disclaimer in two formats: as a checkbox that the user must tick before submitting, or as a plain text statement displayed on the form. The checkbox format is the recommended option if you need active consent from submitters for compliance purposes.
Can I customize the visual appearance of the form?
